Damaged or missing items
We take great care when processing orders to ensure that everything arrives in perfect condition.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives and items are missing, damaged or incorrect, please let us know as soon as you can.
Remember to quote your original order number when contacting us, and include pictures.
When an item arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge.
I’ve changed my mind
To return an item, please email us on info@studioarcform.com with your order number.
We want you to be happy with every item you purchase from studioarcform.com.
Please note that any custom orders cannot be returned and refunded.
If you’ve changed your mind about an item purchased from us, you can return it to us for a refund. You’ll need to do this within 14 days of receiving it.
When returning items, we recommend you use a tracked service with adequate cover. Please note, we’re unable to reimburse the cost of returning an item.

Although usually faster, please allow up to 14 working days to process your refund once we have received your return.
